How often should I use the Jaw Sharpener?

It’s best to begin with a few minutes a day and work your way up. It takes time to develop these muscles – and even more time to see results. It is recommended to train for no more than 5-15 minutes every other day. This applies especially to beginners who do not have mature jaw muscles. Over-training can lead to complaints such as jaw pain or discomfort. It's important to listen to your body and avoid overexertion.
